The climatic conditions of this vintage have been incredibly supportive in the vegetative cycle of the vine and grape ripening. July and August saw high temperatures and plenty of sunshine. This fine weather continued in September and October, with alternating cool nights and hot days conducive to the concentration of aromas and accumulation of anthocyanins (pigments).

Beautiful hasy ear due to the concentration of the grapes and the work of botrytis cinerea (noble rot).

"FAVORITE"

Only as an aperitif or at the table with foie gras and fruit desserts.

Nose: dominated by notes of candied orange. Nuances of cinnamon and grapefruit. At the time, costs and "sweet".

Bouche: subtle balance between freshness and slight sweetness. Intense aromas of orange. Pleasant sensation of freshness on the finish.
