2006 A contrasting climate, marked by a generally hot and dry spring, by alternating hot weather in July and September and freshness in August. Colorful, fresh fruit intense and complex. The best Merlots are particularly aromatic with good tannic structure without astringency.
Freshness for a beef bourguignon or veal stew.
Nose: fine and complex. Red berries and pepper with first notes of evolution (undergrowth, meaty key).
Palate: Soft attack with a fruity evolution, very fresh and tasty. The tannins are fine and acidulous. Its complete freshness perfectly sauce dish.
