The 2012 vintage was difficult for winemakers and it took a lot of work in the vineyard. But it was worth it! With the Indian summer that accompanied the harvest, we could calmly await the maturity of the grapes.
This beautiful period of maturation has particularly benefited Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties on which we rely for a long time at the Chateau Michel de Montaigne.
Let yourself be tempted by the alliance structure and fresh fruit of our red wines 2012: "Tradition" in vats, and our selection "Essays 2012", raised in oak barrels.
They can drink today on the fruit, or within five years when their tannins will be rounded.
